Fee Breakdown
Placement Fee Per Employee
$1,800 + GST (full time or part time)
$2,200 + GST ( Work Permit applicants)
Temporary Placement Fee Per Employee
$500 + GST (30 days or less)
$300 + GST (Each Additional Month)
Placement fee includes a 12 month pro-rated service provided that the fees for the original contract have been paid in full and the terms of the original employment contract remain the same.
ACE Personnel assists solely with the hiring process of Caregivers and other household staff (“Workers”) and does not endorse or guarantee the ability or suitability of any Worker. It is the “Client /Employer’s” responsibility and sole discretion on interviewing, training and hiring Workers. Employer and Worker/Candidate can arrange a few paid training days before making an offer of employment. ACE Personnel is not responsible or liable for the behaviour or actions of any Worker. The Client remains the Employer.
Stress-Free Payment Plans and Employee Management
- All fees for placements including back-up in case of illness, emergencies or vacation time
- Peace of Mind Payroll and reporting obligations, including monthly remittances paid to Canada Revenue Agency and Worksafe BC Coverage
- Time and attendance tracking; personalized calculation of employee’s salary (including keeping track of extra days worked, days off, holiday pay and statutory holidays)
- Preparing T4 and completing Record of Employment
- Semi-monthly cheques issued to Employee
- One simple invoice to you per month (with detailed summary of disbursement of funds) due by the 10th of the given month
Fee is Calculated at 10% of Caregivers Gross Monthly Salary + a $500 setup fee per caregiver/nanny on first invoice
This service is not available for clients hiring under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program.
This is a 6 month minimum service. A cancellation fee of $550.00 will be invoiced for services under 6 months.
