Placement fee includes a 12 month pro-rated service provided that the fees for the original contract has been paid in full and the terms of the original employment contract remains the same.

ACE Personnel assists solely with the hiring process of Caregivers and other household staff (“Workers”) and does not endorse or guarantee the ability or suitability of any Worker. It is the “Client /Employer’s” responsibility and sole discretion on interviewing, training and hiring Workers. Employer and Worker/Candidate can arrange a few paid training days before making an offer of employment. ACE Personnel is not responsible or liable for the behaviour or actions of any Worker. The Client remains the Employer.

Agency Fee does NOT include the $1,000 LMIA Fee implemented by Service Canada to employer’s hiring under the In Home Caregiver Program.

For LMIA purposes, a nonrefundable deposit of $300 is required upon advertising. The deposit will be deducted from the agency fee if the employer/client offers the position to the candidate from Ace Personnel.

As an Employer, you are responsible to abide by Employer’s Standards Laws of BC, provide Work Safe BC Coverage and comply with Canada Revenue Tax Laws.


ACE Personnel does NOT charge agency fee to job applicants.
